And our freedom has brought us success for more than 20 years.
We focus all our efforts on the interaction between strategy and ideas. Our strategy is founded on common sense, whilst our ideas flow from our emotions – though sometimes it may be the other way around too! New ideas give rise to new strategies, and new strategies need new ideas. This is what motivates us and determines our actions.
Kotschever Weiss is an owner-managed full-service advertising agency and was founded in 1992 by Rudolf Kotschever. After completing his training at the Vienna Advertising Academy, he got to know all areas of communication in renowned agencies. Herbert Weiss already worked as a budget director for the agency from 2004 to 2010 and returned to the agency team in early 2019 after several years as sales manager in an international group. Together they share a passion: that for successful communication – and since 2020 the management of Kotschever Weiss.
